The Letterhead Kit is a business correspondence assistant. It
includes customized-on-the-fly letterhead templates, forms, and
much more. It will retrieve your forms, templates, letterheads,
boilerplate, fax cover sheets, and more, all done safely with no
file names so that you cannot accidentally overwrite your important
forms. The Letterhead Kit adds any of 30 special message graphics
to your documents, including ten Money graphics (Final Notice!,
Thank You for Your Payment!, and eight more), ten Cargo graphics
(1st Class, Do Not Bend, and more), and ten Office graphics (Draft,
Confidential, and more), or either of two scanned signatures.
Message Graphics: 10 each Money, Office, & Cargo
All the message graphics print on any graphics printer, no matter
what fonts are installed. Two letterheads and two scanned
signatures are available directly from the main menu, and unlimited
additional templates can be added to the forms button.
The new CardCopy label and business card duplicator creates full pages of labels or business cards, in any format you can fit on the label of your choice. CardCopy will help you add the label code, if needed, or copy the label enough times to fill a page. The 'CardCopy' button does two different things depending on when you push it. If you have NOT yet added a label code to your layout, CardCopy will remind you, and open WordPerfect's label selection dialog box. If the label code is already in place, CardCopy will duplicate the label for you.
The 'ZIP' button searches for a USA-style ZIP code on the bottom line of your document, and then adds a PostNet bar code on a new line at the bottom of the page. If The Letterhead Kit detects that the current page is not the last page of the document, it will ask permission to add bar codes to all the remaining pages of the document.

Templates Included: These forms are included in The Letterhead Kit: letterheads, two label pages,
auto expense log, two envelopes with graphics, four fax covers, including the handy FAX-BACK
Quick Reply Fax Form, Programmer's Flow Chart, two keyboard reference charts, telephone toll call
log, project plans, and four planner pages, including weekly and daily organizers, plus four signs
for announcements, moving, notices, and vacations. Three boilerplate forms are included to get you
started: a bill for services, an invoice for products, and dummy text, used for testing desktop
publishing layouts.
Forms: The Letterhead Kit now takes full advantage of WordPerfect templates for its letterheads and custom forms, so every form is filled-in automatically on-the-fly during retrieval. Your letterheads will include your name and address without any editing needed.
Boilerplate: Now The Letterhead Kit includes a boilerplate insertion button, so that any text or tables that you frequently need to add to your documents can be kept ready-to-insert. Boilerplate is stored in a special directory. What's the difference between a form and boilerplate? A form or a template is always retrieved as a new document, but boilerplate is always added to the current document at the current insertion point.
Additionally, The Letterhead Kit works with all the WordPerfect shipping templates. There are a lot of templates included with WordPerfect, so many that in WordPerfect 6.1/Win, a new template
directory organization menu was added. The Letterhead Kit takes full advantage of template
directories when running in WPWin61 or above, and adds a separate 'LTRKIT' directory for its own forms.
The Letterhead Kit-32/Windows costs $20, and runs in ONLY the 32-bit editions of Corel WP Suite 7, 8, & 9.

The DOS version of The Letterhead Kit now provides ALL of the features of the Windows version for WordPerfect 6.x DOS users, including TEMPLATES, CardCopy, ZIP bar codes, and The Letterhead Kit/DOS is $20, and supports WordPerfect/DOS versions 5.1, 5.1+, 6.2, 6.1, and 6.0.
The Letterhead Kit/DOS is $20, and runs in WordPerfect 5.1/DOS and above.
